Pre-Order Processing & Shipping Policy

Please review the following carefully before placing your order. By purchasing from Nylee Hair Vault, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Processing Time

All pre-order items require 7–10 business days for processing before shipment.

• Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

📌 Note: You will not receive order updates during the processing period. Once your order has been processed and shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email.

Estimated Shipping Time (After Processing)

• U.S. Orders: 3–5 business days

• International Orders: 7–14 business days (may vary by location)

Shipping Liability

Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Nylee Hair Vault is no longer responsible for any lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages.
For delivery issues, please contact your local postal service directly.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

• We are not responsible for incorrect address submissions.

• If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fee.
